Michael helped me with an issue this morning.
I sent him an email and I received a reply within minutes, which addressed the problem I was having.
This is the first issue I personally have had and I'm very pleased with the response/result. We have only been with Hiicom for less than a year and I know some of my colleagues have had dealings with them  and again these have all been resolved quickly.
